Two old cigar holders with their original, extremely worn leather pouches.

I'm assuming the orange material is Bakelite, not amber, because neither holder passes the static electricity test.

The longer holder has marks (see photo) on the metal flange around the cigar-holding end.  While these look like assay marks, the metal does not pass a 10K gold acid test, and it's obviously not silver.  Marks notwithstanding, I feel fairly certain that both flanges are brass.

The longer holder is 2-1/2" in length and has an oval-shaped opening with inside dimensions of about 12mm x 6.5mm.  

The shortie is 2" in length and has a round opening with an inside diameter of 14mm.

The leather pouches may have been dyed green at some point, but now you can just see faded green on one side plus the interiors.  The longer case has fraying seams.  They're both beat to crap, let's face it.

Note that I polished the metal end of the short holder after taking photos, so the two ends now look about the same.
