This CPU was removed from a working PC (Optiplex 9010) and immediately placed in an ESD bag. We to not excessively handle or clean the CPU to avoid causing ESD damage. A clean used CPU on eBay means it probably has ESD damage. Feel confident that full ESD protections are taken with the removal, packaging and shipping of our CPUs.
