This is a nice lot of OLD UNITED STATES grilled stamps, 1850's, a Confederate, 1860's revenues and a few 1869 issues, etc.
There are a few BETTER stamps and most are in nice condition. The large revenues are especially nice with obvious original "shades". The faults include a straight edge, hinge remnants, a smudge and the 12 c Washington appears to have clipped perforations. The 10 c Confederate appears to be unused without original gum and it has nice margins.
There are also several nice conditioned stamps. (see pictures)
It is customary that many of the earliest U.S. stamps may have pen cancels, pin holes, clipped perforations, color changeling (orange) , etc. This older lot includes stamps from the 1850's and there are (14) stamps in this lot.

These items were found together and they are being offered that way. As mentioned , there are only a few small faults noted and this is a nice lot. (see close-up pictures)
