This is a coupler for the 36-Pin MB to RB cable for the Nidek RT-5100/RT-6100. This will allow you to extend the distance between your phoropter and relay box by linking 2 cables together. It's great for if you want to run the cable through your ceiling or around the lane in a way it cannot be seen. This coupler will require 2 MB>RB cables.
