Rare late Qing dynasty carved Jadeite - green Melon or maybe Buddha's hand citron - pendant with original silver chain necklace
Most unusual shaped carving lobed melon with large and small fruit size one-piece carving growing on a gnarled stem with leaves; with an original fine silver link unopened (no clasp) chain necklace.
Condition: yellow russet flaws; hairline inclusion to the melon within the ribbed bottom end (see photos); no chips, no cracks with good solid chain - ready to wear.
Size of the chain: 33cm (13 inches) long (unopened).
Size of jade: 4.5cm high and 2.3cm widest across
