The World of Disney Princesses in Porcelain This LIMITED collection of porcelain dolls was created by DeAgostini and discontinued in 2005. These dolls are extremely rare.  Figure was never released in the United States or Canada

The figure has some rubs / black marks on her nose chin and hands. No chips or cracks.
