The coinage of the Republic of China, issued between 1912 and 1949, is examined in two
volumes, where the first examines the emissions of the various provinces, while the second
examines the issues of the central government, the Chinese Soviet Republics and the occupation
Japanese.
The provinces they minted were Chekiang, Fukien, Honan, Hupeh, Kansu, Kiangsi,
Kwangtung, Kweichow, Manchuria, Shansi, Shensi, Sikang, Sinkiang (where the
Islamic Republic of East Turkestan and the Republic of Uighuristan),
Suiyuan, Szechuan and Yunnan.
