Seas of Blood: #16 in the Fighting Fantasy gamebook series. This is the 1988 1st edition, 10th print, with the black author lettering - "Black Dragon" edition. 

This book would be graded Near Mint except for 1 big problem: a large open surface tear on the top corner of the front cover. See pictures. Everything else (spine, adventure sheet, etc) is perfect. I have dropped 2 grades to VG due to the tear.
