Fair condition. Trousers: staining present, wear at the crotch, and a small hole near pocket (see photos).

Jacket: fusible interlining separation / bubbling near the right underarm area (see photos).

General: some storage dust/embedded marks and general wear/creasing from storage/previous use.

Please see pictures for measurements & overall condition. Please measure your similar clothing to compare size. Please note: Garment colour may appear slightly different in photos due to studio lighting. I aim to capture fabric texture and pattern as accurately as possible.
