Camera turns on when plugged in; comes with everything shown in the photos. Do not have a tape to fully test but tape door had no issues opening and closing while also toggling between the different functions/menus. See photos for condition. Does not come with a battery charger; you must purchase on your own separately. Comes with an AC adapter for the camera, 2 Samsung OEM batteries, strap, case/bag shown in the photos, manual and video transfer cable.
