Gorham
Chantilly Pattern — Sterling Silver
Introduced 1895, 1 Piece

This Gorham Chantilly sterling silver ladle exemplifies the enduring elegance of one of America's most celebrated flatware patterns. Designed by William C. Codman in 1895, the Chantilly pattern draws inspiration from the French Rococo style with delicate scrollwork. This specific piece is a sauce or gravy ladle, featuring a flared, scalloped bowl designed for precise serving.

• Stamped "PAT. 1895" indicating the pattern's original patent year
• Weight: Approximately 71.4 grams
• Measurements: 6.5 inches in length

Condition: Good vintage condition with a natural patina and light tarnish. The surface shows fine scratches consistent with age and gentle use. The bowl is structurally sound with no deep dents or repairs. No monograms are present.
