My personal E46 330CI M-Sport Convertible- have known the last 3 owners personally and having done the work myself the combined spend is well over £10,000 to keep this car in amazing mechanical form; a list of the work carried out previously as follows:
- Respray to Carbon Black from Sapphire black
- Interior dyed to Coral Red and Black for vinyl
- Full coolant system replaced
- Vanos rebuilt
- All upper engine/ intake gaskets, CCV replaced
- Shocks and springs all round
- Front end suspension arms replaced
- Genuine Gearbox fluid/filter service
- New Headlights
- F-series wheels

There is plenty i have probably forgotten to add but since i have owned it other than the respray and dye i have not needed to carry out any mechanical work on this car- it has been perfect. Will absolutely regret selling this example but i have restored my E36 and it's time to move back to my classic!
38mpg on the motorway in an auto!!
