There are some notable signs of age, use and wear. The hard cover has noticeable surface wear, discolouration and a few marks. Corners and edges of the boards/spine bumped and shelf worn.

There is common age related foxing/brown spotting affecting majority of the contents, however all text remains clearly legible. Overall text block binding appears strong and complete.

There are no previous owner inscriptions, notes or markings.

Overall remains in good reading condition, interesting content and intriguing map, with as described clear signs of age, use and wear.
