This is a draft agreement made on 15th June 1963 between Derek William Websdale of Church Farm, Horning, Norfolk and Elizabeth Mary Robinson of Hill House Farm, Newton St. Faith's, Norfolk "for hire of sow or sows for the purpose of being served by boars". The agreement is 26.1cm x 40cm when unfolded and then opens out to double the width. Nice addition to a local history collection, or to help with family tree research.
The agreement is in a very good minus condition. General edge, corner and fold end rubs, some uneveness in the folding, light bends and tiny creases at corners, tiny hole at bottom front corner, when folded, there is light grubbiness and some light marks to front and rear panels of agreement with some light brown marks to rear panel, light grubbiness / browning along folds, tiny hole and two tiny thinned patches to spine where horizontal folds meet it, some small creases across folds and spine, tiny loss at front edge of middle horizontal fold on front panel, tiny creases at spine ends, the odd tiny bump to edges, a little light finger creasing here and there, the odd very small and tiny mark here and there - overall though a nice item.
