A near-complete short run of Fire Power by Kirkman & Samnee from Image Comics / Skybound Entertainment — nine first-print issues spanning the launch of the series in August 2020 through April 2021. Created by Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead, Invincible) and Eisner-winning artist Chris Samnee (Daredevil, Black Widow), with colours by Matt Wilson and lettering by Rus Wooton, this is the run that launched off the back of the Prelude OGN and a Free Comic Book Day promotional issue.

The lot includes the following nine issues, all regular Cover A by Samnee and Wilson: #1 (August 2020), #2 (August 2020), #3 (September 2020), #4 (October 2020), #5 (November 2020), #6 (December 2020), #8 (February 2021), #9 (March 2021) and #10 (April 2021). Please note that issue #7 is not included — this is a near-complete run rather than a sequential 1–10. The story follows Owen Johnson, a martial artist trained at the Temple of the Flaming Fist, as he tries to leave that life behind to raise a family — until the Scorched Earth Clan and the Dragon's Claw assassins drag him back in.

Condition
Pre-owned, lightly read. Each issue has been kept bagged and boarded since acquisition, and that has paid off — covers sit flat, corners are sharp, spines are clean with no rolls or stress lines, and the gloss is bright across the run. There are no creases, tears, writing or stains on the copies inspected. Photographed inside the protective sleeves so the surface gloss is genuine, not a reflection of new printing.

Who it's for
A strong pick-up for Kirkman completists, Samnee fans, and anyone wanting to start the series in single issues without paying first-print prices on the open market. Also a sensible buy for readers planning to pair these with the Prelude OGN or the Book One hardcover.

Estimated Date
August 2020 to April 2021. The publication months are confirmed from the indicia on each issue's credits page, with copyright dates running 2020 for issues #1–#6 and 2021 for issues #8–#10. All copies are first printings of the regular Samnee/Wilson cover.
