Up for sale is a rare piece. This is the only one I've ever encountered among European surplus and I've collected for quite a long time. This is a chemical protective smock overjacket that has an asymmetrical design, almost like a cape that closes over the shoulders. It's quite unique in terms of CBRN designs. This does not have any lining, it is just cotton, so I assume it would have been impregnated with some solution before combat use in order to be effective, or it was some sort of training item. Has elasticated internally sewn cuffs, vel cro, and a hook on the elasticated hood for a good seal with a mask. I couldn't find any information on them but I know based on the hardware, tag, and the color it is french. I assumed it was a motorcycle jacket until I looked at the features again. 
In good shape. Doesn't appear to have been used hardly if at all. Really weird item to wear.
