This auction is for a vintage GE CD Car/Personal CD Player, Model No. 3-7008.  This CD player has never been used, and is still in its original "clamshell" case.  Per Google, it was manufactured sometime from the late 1980s to the early 1990s.  This unit features "ESP" (electronic skip protection) to keep the music from skipping even during bumpy car rides, digital filtering, dynamic bass boosting, total time play indication, and more.  It also comes with headphones, a CD-to-cassette adapter, a charger to fit into the car's DC cigarette lighter, and an AC charger to plug into the wall.  I have never used it, but it has been untouched in its case for years, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. The case measures about 12.75" x 9" x 3.5 ", and it weighs about 1 lb. 12 oz. This would be a great gift for the audiophile or for the collector of vintage audio equipment!
