Made by HP / AGILENT, part number QLCP-C146.
Unused, New Old Stock parts from the original tubes.
Note: Each MODULE consists of 4 RED LED's, individually wired (Cathodes are all on the outside corners).
Pictures show 3 of the 4 internal LED's being lit using 5V/4V/3V/2V with a (common) 330-ohm current limiting
resistor. I just did that for expediency in quickly getting a few pictures. Normally, ALL FOUR LED's would be
powered simultaneously, each using it's own current limiting resistor. Thus, you should be able to get a lot
more brightness out of them than shown in my pics where i am pulling very little current.
I measured the Forward Voltage drop on one LED to be ~1.71V at 5V which is typical for a RED LED.
Dimensions are ~0.392" x 0.392" square and ~0.24" high (excluding leads).
Lead length ~0.15"
Lead dimensions ~0.022" x 0.012"
Lead spacing = 0.1" side-by-side and 0.3" across the package.
Each lot consists of 2-tubes (40/tube) = 80 pieces. I will remove the parts from the original tubes to baggies for
shipping to save on shipping cost - parts will not be harmed at all.
Will ship in a USPS 1st class priority Flat Rate padded Envelope or Small/Medium Flat Rate box.
