Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.
If items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper (please retain all shipping materials for claim pick-up).
If returning a non-defective item by choice within the 30 day period, customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any RMA shipping costs. Any replacement shipping costs will be covered by seller. Do not send any items back without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number or the package will not be accepted - no exceptions.
There is 25% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Please make sure this is the item you need.
