One lot 250 BLUE LED's.  Made by Agilent/HP, part number QLMP-LB98.

Unused, New Old Stock parts from the original bags.

These are nice BLUE LED's in a small flattened oval package.  The actual LED is also slightly oval shaped
and perpendicular to the oval package (only really discernable at very low intensities though).

They measure ~0.255" tall x 0.145" x 0.115".
Lead length ~0.95" and 1.0"
Lead thickness ~0.018" x 0.016"
Leads have tabs ~0.08" below the base of the LED

The pics show one being illuminated using a 330-ohm current-limiting resistor at 5V, 4V and 3V.

At 5V, the Forward Voltage Drop was measured to be in the range: 2.90~2.94V (may go over 3V).

I also have a slightly larger version of this same LED listed (HLMP-HB57).
