Unique piece with interesting decoration.  Possibly French with fleur-di-lis behind the elephant.  Very heavy at about 2 lbs. 5 ounces.  Possibly lead...Does not attract to a magnet, other than the bottom plate which appears to be steel.  Measures 4 1/4" tall and 4" long.  Unmarked
