Antique Japy Freres Brass Mantle Clock #57721 for restoration

Please look at all photos. The clock face has a couple of hairline cracks near the bottom. The chime bell is missing. No key to test, but the chime hammer works. The top piece of the clock frame needs to be secured, as it can be pulled off.
