CONDITION RATING
All of our items will include an overall condition rating. Though this can be somewhat subjective, we do our absolute best to accurately describe the overall condition so that you know what to expect with the item that you are purchasing. You will see one of the following condition ratings in each one of our listings:
NWT (New With Tags): Items that are brand new with tags and unworn. These may be old stock but the tags are still attached and are considered brand new.
NWOT (New Without Tags): Items that are brand new and unworn, but without any tags attached.
EUC (Excellent Used Condition): Items that are pre-owned and have little to no obvious issues to note. They may show minor signs of wear and washing, but there will be no rips, tears, or stains.
VGUC (Very Good Used Condition): Items that are pre-owned and may have one or two minor issues to note, such as fraying at the hem of jeans, some pulls on a sweater, etc. Any defects will be noted in the item description.
GUC (Good Used Condition): Items that are pre-owned and may have multiple defects such as rips, tears, or staining, but the item still has wearable life left in it. Any defects will be noted in the item description.
CAT FRIENDLY
Please note that we are a cat friendly business! All pre-owned items are washed and stored in inventory immediately. Although the cats are not actively involved in inventory, packing, or shipping, we want to let you know about our cats in case you have an allergy.
