This is an open-box item that is in great condition. The laptop cooling base has been inspected by a member of our tech team and no mechanical issues were identified, as it works, as intended. All original accessories are present # they are: a Quick Start Guide and a Power Adapter. The USER'S MANUAL is rather lengthy and it is not packaged with the fan, however, the manufacturer provides instructions on how to access the manual online. (I was able to find it by simply typing "IETS GT500 USER'S MANUAL," into my search engine, as well.)

Please note the circled area in the last pic. It is of the fan filter, which was super clean. However, as you can see in the circled area, it appears there is a build-up of dust in the 2 or 3 corner squares in the upper left, but, I can assure you, it is not dust. I'm not actually sure what it is, to be honest, but it would not wipe off easily. Our tech advisor indicated it is not causing the fan to malfunction, though, and should not be a cause for concern.
The 2nd to last pic shows a small scuff inside of a blue circle. It is just a minor cosmetic blemish and although it is difficult to see, I wanted to ensure the Buyer was aware of its presence. (It was likely caused by the magnets that are in that immediate area that hold the foam in place, btw.)
