Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM

Up for sale is a parts/repair Canon EF 100-400mm IS (actual pictures in the gallery). The good news is that the lens can take photos and most major functions work (AF, IS, aperture, communication with camera), but the push/pull zooming is very firm and hard to extend. The tightening ring doesn't seem to work (it's possibly it was jammed in the tightest position, hence the firm zoom ring). This also slightly affects manual focus operation which works, but seems to be a bit firmer and less smooth than normal. There are usable parts, but again, the lens comes with zoom issues (and possibly other issues I just can't see) so I'm selling it purely AS-IS for parts/repair. I make zero guarantees and offer no refunds for any reason, so please ask questions before purchase. 
Condition of the lens appears to be very good (other than scratching on the inner zoom barrel). There is above average dust inside the lens which does not seem to impact image quality.
