"Recto Verso" holds a unique place in the recent history of French pop. In 2016, PARADIS – Pierre Rousseau and Simon Mény – released their one and only album to date, which has since become a cult classic. The duo created a truly distinctive sound with this album: a subtle blend of chanson and electronic music that would go on to inspire many imitators.

Ten years later, the album is also being re-released in an expanded version with six additional tracks taken from their very first maxi-singles/EPs released in 2011, 2012, and 2015.
