--MC-MV with Anodized Parts
Based on Momose's flagship model MC-MV, a limited edition model incorporating anodized parts and custom specifications is now available. While anodized pickguards are usually known in gold, this model uses silver. The Momose logo, symbolizing this limited edition model, shines brightly alongside the beautiful hairline finish.
Similar to the pickguard, the backplate also features an anodized finish. The hardware is unified in chrome, harmonizing with the matching headstock and black body.
- Quarter-sawn Thermo-Modified Maple Neck
Made from quarter-sawn maple, which is highly resistant to warping and twisting, this neck offers exceptional playability and is built to last.
Thermo-wood is a processing method that uses special heat treatment to evaporate moisture and oil from the wood, creating a state similar to vintage wood that has aged for many years. This not only increases the neck's rigidity and resistance to warping, but also produces a mature, aged sound reminiscent of a guitar that has been played for many years.
- Ebony Fingerboard
Ebony, known for its deep black, luxurious look, is used. Compared to standard rosewood, it is heavier, resulting in a quick attack, a well-defined tone, and extended sustain.
--Mojotone Classic Strat 2 + Classic Hot Humbucker
One of the most distinctive features of the Modern Virtuoso series is the S-S-H pickup configuration, utilizing Mojotone pickups. The Classic Strat, designed for a clean tone with clear definition reminiscent of vintage sounds, is positioned in the neck and middle positions, while the Classic Hot Humbucker, modeled after the original PAF sound but with slightly emphasized bass and extended sustain, is positioned in the bridge position.
