eBay Standard Envelope cards are shipped sleeved in a rigid Ultra Pro Toploader, secured with a small piece of painter’s tape, and placed inside a security envelope. 

Cards valued over $20 are shipped sleeved in a rigid Ultra Pro Toploader and sent in a bubble mailer via USPS Ground Advantage.
