A hairline crack was repaired with the nitrogen plastic welder, all it would take for this fan shroud to look awesome is to clean it nicely then spray a uniform coating of the SEM satin black plastic dye. These typically have the bottom slide in tonques drilled out for screws which is NOT correct, this one is still good with NO holes for clips to be used. Repair is midway down the rad cap side under a natural support brace of the shroud so there is no way you will see it once installed. Last photo shows the plastic welder we used.
