Our EBay messaging is available Monday through Friday from 8 Am to 4 PM Eastern for messaging. All messages will be responded to by the next business day. There is never any need to send 10 messages all weekend long asking if the other 9 were received.

Our walk in store hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM eastern and Saturday from 9:00 to 1:00 PM eastern.

Items ship within three business days of when the payment is received. We try our best to get them shipped sooner if possible.
