Warranted bowl back mandolin. These mandolins were manufactured in Dwight Illinois 1895-1910 Adeams manufactured high quality warranted mandolins.

Tortoiseshell pick guard with flower inlay. Multi layered edge purfling. Bowl back Birdseye maple mahogany ribs, no open seams or previous repairs. The neck is straight with what appears to be ebony fingerboard. Tuners work as well as I'm sure they ever did.

The top spruce has cracks and were there when I got it over 25 years ago and haven't grown or new ones produced.

The sound is good but I'm not a mandolin player. I have never kept it in tune for long periods of time. It currently has light strings. I have no case but it will be packed and shipped securely.

Update: last buyer backed out after 3 days of emails. Claimed he didn't know he bought the mandolin, said he must have squeezed the wrong button. +Squeezed+ Okay!
