These Vitreous Enamel Baking Trays are designed to fit on the runners of the AGA ovens for maximum use of space,

So there is no need to put trays on the grid shelf.They are heavy gauge Vitreous Enamel on steel and will not warp or buckle.
 They are also freezer safe so that pre-prepared food can be frozen on the tray then thawed and placed straight in the oven.

This bakeware is made from mild steel and coated with vitreous enamel to form a durable protective finish. Enamel bakeware is suitable for dishwasher use. Should the dish be hand washed, then a mild detergent must be used. Abrasive cleaners should be avoided.
