This is one card from the Cyberpunk 2020 collectible Card Game Chrome finish.  There were 200 sets made of the Chrome finish.  They took cards from the 2013 set, and injected little bits of chrome into the finish.  I have tried to catch the visual of this from various angles, but some were harder to catch than others.  There is more explanation of these cards (and verification of their validity) in this interview with Peter J. ((I was one of the "fixers", game demo'er, and it was joked that I was his personal assistant, assisting with giving out game prizes/etc which is how I have these)).  These are amazing cards, highly reflective of the light.  Even Peter states he only has 1 full set left.
