Inspected, looks like it has never been deployed judging from the stakes and guy lines. Very versatile, can be configured in different ways. It’s sewn with velcro tabs to hold an x frame pole set if you wanted. The only issue keeping me from calling it new is the blue oxide on the two grommets that you see. Clean it with vinegar if it bugs you
