Vintage Black Leather Folio / Padfolio with Pen 

Padfolio has the Apple Logo & Apple on the front lower right side in Gold. In excellent condition. There is no paper pad included. But there's a place to put one inside, along with 3 pockets for business cards or important papers. 

The pen is labeled Executive Briefing Center with the Apple Computer Logo - Pen is black with gold trim + font. The Pen is non-working. The ink is dry. You will need to replace ink if you want to. Otherwise it's a great collectors item along with the padfolio, both were likely given at an executive event to Apple employees.
