Casale's Halfway Club Reno's Oldest + Keychain Italian Restaurant 
This restaruant opened in 1937  and still is open today. The menu mentions 2012 so not vintage, just a cool collectible with the rubber keychain, which has some surface wear. Menu is approximately 5" x 6" closed.
