Cancel / Change Shipping Address
We have 1 business day handling time (M-F). To change your address, submit a cancellation request and place a new order. Orders can only be canceled before a tracking number is assigned.

When Will My Order Ship?
 Orders ship Monday–Friday each morning.
 Place orders by Friday 8 AM PST for shipment before the weekend.

Shipping Terms
We ship within the United States only. 

Our product guarantee applies to U.S. orders only; purchases shipped outside the U.S. are not covered under our guarantee.

All orders ship from San Diego, California within 1 business day. Most customers receive their orders within 2–7 business days depending on location. Tracking is provided on all order M-F

We are not responsible for any packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. You will need to follow up with USPS regarding “missing package.” We recommend you follow you tracking number details to ensure you get your package as soon as its delivered.

Freight Forwarding Notice

If you are using a freight forwarder, please be aware that in the event of a defect, the item must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement or full refund. We are unable to issue refunds or send replacements without the item being returned.

While electronics can occasionally have issues, we fully stand behind our products and are happy to offer a replacement or full refund once the item is received back.
