Heavy Duty Williams Industrial Wrench. Weighs over 3 lbs. 

The ends of the wrench are marked 1 and 7/8 but the openings measure 1 1/4" and 1 1/8".

The overall length of the wrench is 13".

The wrench is marked with the company logo, JHWilliams Co, Brooklyn, NY and a 141.

I can find no reference to the 141 part number. I believe this wrench if from the 1930's - 1940's.

This would make a nice addition to a collector of vintage tools and/or for heavy duty use.
