A beautiful and delicate 0.75 ct diamond ring in hallmarked 18 carat yellow gold. The ring would be an ideal engagement or eternity ring. The total carat weight of diamonds is 0.75ct, consisting of three centre diamonds totalling 0.57 carat and 0.18 carat of shoulder diamonds. The diamonds are all natural and unenhanced.
