Handling time is at most 3 business days. We use eco-friendly, recycled, and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible. Packaged with love.
PLEASE NOTE: There are often times 2 different options listed for shipping. One is usually less expensive and arrives only a day or two later than the other option. So please feel free to select the shipping option that is best for you at checkout.
Please also note that any listing that includes a $4 handling charge is to cover the cost of the new USPS policy that reuires an additional $4 for non-standard size packaging. This added $4 usually make the cost of shipping cheaper for the customer so that I can ship the items in bubble mailers instead of heavy, large boxes which would cost more than the addition $4. Please contact me with any questions you have regarding this policy.
This item has been carefully weighed and measured to accurately calculate the shipping charges. The US Postal Service sets the fees based on distance, weight, and size, therefore we are not able to reduce or alter the shipping charges (with the exception of combined shipping for multiple purchases.)
All purchases will receive a tracking number and once your package is handed off to UPS/USPS we are no longer responsible for it. We obtain proof of shipment for all packages (receipt from the USPS.) If you have questions about your package while in transit, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or contact your local US Post Office.
In the rare chance that there is an issue with your order, please make sure to save ALL of the packaging and shipping materials, as they are required for the dispute/refund process.
Immediate payment is required for all sales.
Please read the description of all items carefulky, as no returns are accepted at this time. Should you have any questions prior to purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
