This is a Peter Stone Arabian, "My Musketeer Bar" from 2002, one of 250.  Made for Plates-N-Stuff.  Glossy red roan.  I don't claim this often, but this model is live show quality (LSQ).  I do not see any flaws or rubs.  As shown in the photos, from my personal collection. Traditional size.
