This is my subjective opinion on the grading of this specific card:

I would consider this card mint and a PSA/TAG/CGC 9-10 grading candidate. It shows no scratches dings or dents, and holds up under harsh lighting and scrutiny under careful inspection at all angles. Very beautiful card that any collector would be lucky to have on display.
