Vibration Motor

The machine adopts a vibration motor‌ with strong power and high exciting force, generating heat but not overheating, making it resistant to motor burnout. The ‌vibrating force is infinitely adjustable‌, ensuring convenient operation.

V-shaped Rubber Ring‌

Operating Instructions

1. Installation and Placement

Place the vibrating screen on a flat, solid ground.
Check that the power cord is intact and confirm the voltage is 110V.

2. Installing the Screen Mesh

If no replacement is needed, the machine comes with a 40-mesh screen already installed.
To replace or inspect: Loosen the compression bolts on the top cover, remove the top cover, place the new screen mesh flat into the screen frame, then reattach the top cover and tighten the bolts.

3. Connecting Power

Plug the power cord into a grounded 110V outlet.
Turn on the power switch. The machine should emit a uniform vibrating sound and the screen mesh will begin to vibrate.

4. Feeding and Screening

Slowly and evenly feed the material to be screened into the center of the screen mesh (do not add too much at once).
The material will automatically disperse and pass through the screen mesh under vibration. Fine particles fall into the lower collection tray, while coarse particles or impurities remain on top of the screen mesh.

5. Discharging and Cleaning

After screening is complete, turn off the power switch.
Remove the fine material from the collection tray, pour out the coarse material left on the screen mesh, and clean any residue from the screen surface.

Precautions

1. Do not use the machine to screen corrosive materials.

2. The screen mesh is a consumable part. Inspect its wear level regularly.

3. The feed amount should be determined based on the moisture content and fineness of the raw materials. If the feed amount is too large, the vibration motor may become overloaded, and a significant amount of fine material may end up in the coarse material fraction, causing unnecessary waste.

4. When operating the vibrating screen, be sure to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to avoid scratches or injury.

5. If a broken spring or hook is found, or if the bearing overheats or emits smoke, stop the machine immediately and have it repaired.
