Dual-Presentation Hook & Loop Morale Patch
Ditch the ordinary. Our patches feature a revolutionary construction:
Hook (Rough Side): Made of rigid hook-shaped fibers, rough and firm. UV Printed Flag on Suede PU Base with Embroidered Border.
Loop (Soft Side): Made of soft loop-shaped fibers, smooth and soft. UV Printed & 3D HF Embossed Logo.
Attachment: Heat-activated (thermoplastic) adhesive backing for permanent application.
Tri-Process Fusion - Combines UV print, 3D embossing, and embroidered edge on premium suede PU.
High-Definition & Tactile - Photorealistic graphics with dimensional depth and soft-touch texture.
Durable & Reusable - Reinforced construction with detachable hook & loop backing.

Quick-Reference Press Settings:
Front Pressing: 150°C (302℉) / 28.5 PSI (0.2 MPa) / 15 seconds
Pressure Level: Low
Note: To keep your patch perfect and damage-free, we strongly recommend using a silicone pad when pressing.
Remark:
Before Pressing: Cover the patch with a heat-resistant silicone sheet. This is essential for even heat transfer and to prevent scorching, sticking, or imprinting on your product.
After Pressing: Patience is key. Allow complete cooling before any handling. The adhesive achieves its final, maximum strength only after the curing process during cooling.
APPLICATION
This product is compatible with most common fabrics, including nylon, polyester, cotton, and their blends. As a standard precaution, we recommend conducting a preliminary test on an inconspicuous area when applying to delicate or sensitive materials.
