Depending on the size and shape of the item box size will also vary. This is why we want you to contact us in regards to the item so we can give you the best price possible.

We charge a handling fee of $5.00 USD to cover packaging materials.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping prices. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs prior to buying.

Returns

We stand by our products and will accept returns and exchanges if the item you receive is defective or unsuitable for your bike. The buyer must pay return shipping. We will only accept returns and exchanges if the buyer notifies us within 7 business days of receiving the item.

The product must be returned in its original condition including any packaging materials and accessories. Please include the original receipt with your return.

The Old Motorcycle Shop is a traditional motorcycle shop with an old-fashioned attitude and prices. At our shop based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, we take pride in the restoration and preservation of the machines we grew up on. From Goldwings to custom café racers and choppers, nothing makes us happier than keeping an old bike on the road!

A Note About Used Parts:

Used parts are often dirty, greasy, etc. 
This can sometimes interfere with descriptions of parts. Parts are described as accurately as possible, but errors can be made. 

We recommend that used parts should have bearings, bolts, nuts, and gaskets replaced before use. Old Motorcycle Shop is not at fault for damage caused by not taking such precautions.

No returns will be accepted on electrical components. We make every effort to test our electronics before listing, but due to the nature of electrical components we can not guarantee the condition of used electronics.
