Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted only where the item is materially not as described, in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must contact me via eBay messaging within 5 days of delivery to report any issue.

All returns must be opened and processed through eBay’s official returns system—returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The item must be returned complete, unused, and in the exact same condition as received, including all parts, packaging, and any security markings.

Any signs of tampering, part-swapping, damage, or misuse will result in the return being refused or a deduction being applied where permitted.

Returns will not be accepted for issues relating to age, wear, cosmetic condition, or expected degradation of vintage/retro equipment where these have been described or are reasonably expected.

Returns are not accepted for incompatibility with modern systems, change of mind, or lack of technical knowledge.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring suitability before purchase.

Where a return is approved:

The buyer is responsible for safe return packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed as not as described.

Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received, inspected, and verified.

All items are discreetly marked and/or recorded prior to dispatch to prevent fraudulent returns.

International Returns (Overseas Buyers):

For international purchases, I ship exclusively via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Once the item reaches eBay’s UK shipping hub, the international delivery, import handling, and final delivery are managed by eBay and its appointed carriers.

All international returns must be initiated and handled strictly through eBay’s official returns process.

I do not accept direct returns from overseas buyers outside of the eBay system.

Any approved return must be sent using the method specified by eBay; alternative return methods will not be reimbursed.

Original shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and GSP fees are non-refundable, as these are set and collected by eBay and the destination country.
