Ball vintage decorative metal dome lids. Each box has 12 lids so you get a total of 60 lids with the 5 boxes. The boxes have a little shelf wear and they show a copyright of 1975. The top lids on the boxes are open due to the adhesive giving it up but these are likely 50 years old.
