Condition: I've had this ring since the late 1990's, and I got it used, so it's probably around 40 years old.  The band has some pock marks and divots and shows signs of resizing (in fact, I may have had it resized; I don't remember!) but the bezel is in good shape.  The stone has minor surface wear, as you'd expect, but retains a nice polish.  Finally, the shank is out of round a bit, though this might just be a function of its being handmade.  I certainly don't want to mess with it because it fits/feels fine and I don't want to risk torquing the bezel so much that the stone pops out.
