The PRUFTECHNIK ROTALIGN® touch ALI 50.200 is a premium adaptive laser shaft alignment system designed for high-precision rotating machinery maintenance and reliability applications. Utilizing SensALIGN® 7 single-laser technology with the ALI 4.900 sensor platform, the system delivers highly repeatable measurements with excellent stability and reduced susceptibility to backlash and environmental vibration.
ROTALIGN® touch supports coupled and uncoupled shaft alignment, machine trains, Cardan shafts, flanges, and rotating axes. Advanced Adaptive Alignment functionality incorporates Active Situational Intelligence (ASI) and intelliSWEEP® measurement technology to automatically filter poor-quality readings and improve measurement reliability under difficult field conditions. Additional features include Live Move simultaneous corrections, thermal growth compensation, WLAN/RFID connectivity, cloud data transfer capability, and support for up to six sequential couplings.
This unit features Firmware Version 1.21 (Build 5152), Hardware Version 8, Standard Hardware Configuration, and 28.0 GB of available internal memory storage.
