signed by architect g marsh who was the " main man" responsible for the drawings and plans of centrepoint building.  Horace George Marsh (16 March 1921 – October 1998) was an English architect, best known for his work on the design of buildings including centrepoint in London and alpha towers in Birmingham, in his role as a partner in the architectural practice of r seifert and partners 

i believe that these are quite rare and not seen light of day for decades. 

any im selling have been carefully folded - not rolled and are in as pristine condition as you could expect from drawings of this age - there are no cracks or tears along any of the folded lines - top rate condition 

these will be posted out folded in exactly the way they are now to avoid any other marks
